• All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
• We cannot accept returns for final sale items or personal care products for hygiene reasons.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
3. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• If the returned item does not meet the criteria for a return, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a free replacement.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

7. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping costs $10.00 for orders between $0.00 - $60.00, and it is free for orders over $60.00.
• Expedited shipping is available for an additional $20.00.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.
