- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for final sale items or personal care products for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If the returned item does not meet the criteria for a return, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you.
4. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a free replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Personal care items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards or any similar non-returnable goods.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping costs $10.00 for orders between $0.00 - $60.00, and it is free for orders over $60.00.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional $20.00.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.
8. International Returns
We currently only process returns and refunds within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us for more information.
